Latest ENGLAND U21 Mass Brawl (VIDEO) Saga: Players And Staff Named by Football Association.

Tottenham Spurs FC, Olympics TEAM GB and  ENGLAND 21 defender Steven Caulker named by Serbian Police report. Leeds Utd central defender Tom Lees and Stuart Pearce assistant coach Steve Wigley also indicated by the report. UEFA's control and disciplinary body meeting to hear the case on November 22.

LONDON. The FA issued a statement Tuesday's night - following earlier news by the Serbian police announcing charges for English Under-21 players and staff following the mass brawl that erupted after the final whistle of the 2013 UEFA EURO Play-off return leg on the pitch of Krusevac Stadion on Oct 16th  (See Football Report Video here).

In the Serbian town Stuart Pearce's Young Lions gained their passport for Israel next summer Finals - their fourth consecutive. On Tuesday evening however The Football Association had not received any formal notification of any charges filed by the Serbian authorities. (The names - reported here above, were disclosed by this morning's FA statement)

'We have not been made aware of any of the names of individuals connected with these charges and we therefore await further details and formal communication on these matters' Tuesday's statement said. 

'Meanwhile The FA  are in contact with the British Government for advice, as well as speaking with our colleagues at UEFA'

'The FA reiterates its position of full support for all players and staff caught up in the appalling scenes in Serbia two weeks ago.'

'We want to reassure those concerned that we are committed to doing everything necessary to protect them whilst also offering support to individuals and their families' concludes the note from the Wembley based English Football Association.
